Join us to hear about the REPAIR Act (Senate Bill 1103, Sen. Perez) will compel home improvement stores - like Home Depot and Lowe's - to come clean about federal raids on their properties. There is a human rights crisis happening in our own neighborhoods and we cannot accept the SILENCE of these major corporations as racial profiling, arbitrary arrests, physical violence, and even death is happening on their watch.

The statewide ICE OUT OF CALIFORNIA coalition is championing two bills this year. The first, Expose Data Deportations Centers (Senate Bill 1095, Sen. Perez) ensures basic laws for transparency and oversight for California's "Fusion Centers," to ensure they are not "data deportation centers" - a pipeline for sharing information with ICE and CBP. Second, No Side Jobs For ICE (Assembly Bill 1537, Asm. Bryan) prohibits local and state police and sheriffs from taking "side jobs" to carry out immigration enforcement and terrorize the communities they say the protect.
