Facing Trump’s Political Prosecutions: Reflections from Federal Defendants

The federal government continues to expand its political prosecutions. The administration has made it clear that it wants to repress people who stand up for Cuba, Palestine, immigrants, trans people, the environment, and more. However, many of these criminal cases have faced powerful resistance and organizing, leading to their collapse.

Join the National Lawyers Guild (NLG) for a public educational panel featuring federal defendants from across the country. They will share reflections on the decisions they made in their criminal cases and lessons they learned in the process. NLG hopes that their experiences can help you and your communities be more prepared if the feds come for you next. We keep us safe!
