San Francisco City Hall – Polk Street Steps
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in United States v. Skrmetti, upholding a ban that denies trans youth access to gender-affirming care. This decision is a direct attack on trans lives and the right to bodily autonomy.
In response, communities are coming together in resistance and solidarity. Trans youth and allies will rally at San Francisco City Hall to demand justice, visibility, and the fundamental right to healthcare.
There will be art, speakers, and performances in defense of trans and 2STGNCI futures. This is a family-friendly event that welcomes everyone ready to stand up against hate and state-sanctioned harm.
From Tennessee to the Tenderloin, people are rising.
No court can define anyone’s worth. No ban can erase the future.
Hosted by a coalition of 2SLGBTQIA+ advocates, including:
TDOV Trans Fest Organizers • LYRIC • Lyon-Martin Community Health • Compton’s Cafeteria the play • Gender Justice CA • Trans Clergy from The Episcopal Church in the Bay Area • GAYLESTA • TGIJP • and more.
