Join Fast Food Workers at Several Fast Food Locations Across Santa Clara County—fight for health, safety, and constitutional rights
Calling on all allies, community members, neighbors, and leaders to join fast food workers across Santa Clara County throughout the first week of December as they fight for fair, safe, and constitutional working conditions
From Dec 2–5, the California Fast Food Workers Union, SEIU 1021, and Working Partnerships USA will lead a series of onsite blitz actions where workers and community allies will demand that franchise owners stop threatening workers with immigration retaliation or turning them over to federal authorities, actions that violate basic rights and create unsafe, fearful workplaces.
As a supporting ally, you would show up at the designated times below, in solidarity—and as an extra eye witness. Additionally, we will be informing customers of abuses in the fast food industry and encouraging them to write or call into their County Supervisors, as the County continues to develop a know your rights training program for fast food workers.
