The federal government is proposing new rules that would:

Cut off Medicaid and CHIP funding to provide essential health care for transgender young people; and

Penalize hospitals that offer this care by prohibiting them from participating in Medicaid and Medicare.

Submit a public comment to block the proposals and defend trans care by 2/17.
