The lead organizer recruits and develops volunteers, builds and supports action pods and coordinates volunteer activities within Bay Resistance. The organizer is responsible for updating and managing the activist database through Action Network and creating & maintaining activities, structures & communications systems to maintain volunteer participation.  The organizer also builds relationships with network organizations in order to understand their work and how their members are impacted by current attacks and connect them to joint campaigns and defense strategies.
