We did it, y’all! Voters turned out to reject war, ICE, and the Trump regime and its billionaire backers, overcoming months of attacks, racist gerrymandering, intimidation, voter roll purges, and efforts to restrict vote by mail.
It’s time to protect our victory, ensure a peaceful transfer of power, and hold our elected leaders accountable to the mandate voters just delivered. We didn’t put in all that work to get out the vote and Get Ready to defend the results just to get more of the same. We didn’t do it to return to a status quo where we are trapped in endless wars and our communities are crushed by the cost of living and terrorized by ICE.
Come celebrate our victory and build the movement to make sure it’s honored.

We’re seeing the potential for a tectonic shift in this country brought about by the power of everyday people. A new politics is possible. But we will have to make it real. ICE is still in our streets. Trump is still president and holds veto power. MAGA has a majority on the Supreme Court. The outgoing Congress has control for another two months and their big tech and billionaire backers continue to bankroll their agenda and technologies of repression.
We won because we organized to build the capacity to defend democracy with real people power. The authoritarian threat is real and it will be back with even more force if we’re not vigilant. We need to keep building the capacity for mass noncooperation to face what is to come. If we don’t want to find ourselves in the same place in 2028, with disillusioned voters backing a Trump coup or turning towards another authoritarian strongman, our movements and elected leaders must deliver. That means getting money out of politics, funding healthcare, ending ICE, and winning citizenship for all. We’re not done fighting, but yesterday we showed the world that we are DONE with the MAGA regime!
